Ahmad Kausar brings over 30 years of expertise in civil engineering and construction management. With Master’s degrees from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and Cochin University, India, he has led major infrastructure projects across the Middle East, India, and the UK.

A Chartered Engineer and member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, UK, Ahmad has held key roles, including Senior Consultant Engineer with Kerala State Housing Board, Construction Manager at Jacobs Zate Engineering, and Resident Engineer at Parsons International.

At Techvista Pavillion, Ahmad leverages his leadership and international standards expertise to deliver industry-focused training, ensuring future engineers and project managers are job-ready with practical, applied skills.

Abdul Latheef K is a Quality Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in material and quality engineering for road construction in Oman and India. Skilled in concrete and asphalt mix designs, he ensures high-performance results using advanced materials like Polymer Modified Bitumen and high-strength concrete mixes tailored for bridges, coastal roads, and urban projects.

Abdul has contributed to major projects such as the NH-66 six-lane highway, collaborating with top firms like ALPHA Eng., ULLCCS, Ghantoot, and L&T Oman.

At Techvista Pavillion, he leads UGC-approved courses in Quality Engineering and Material Testing, equipping students with industry-ready skills and ISO-aligned practices for impactful careers.
